By using the VicsNics website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as set out below.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licenced to VicsNics.

Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from VicsNics.

All prices quoted on our pages are in UK pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate of 20%. Children’s items are exempt from VAT and our prices reflect this.

Product Information

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

VicsNics takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice.

All goods offered on the VicsNics website are in stock. In the rare event your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.

From time to time our retail store may run special or local promotions which will not be reflected on our website or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in our retail store.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, and Paypal. Because all items listed on our site are in stock, your account will be debited as soon as you checkout.

All credit/debit card details given over the internet to the VicsNics website are processed and encrypted via a 128 bit SSL secure server – the strongest commercially available level of encryption.

Delivery and Packaging

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible (normally within 2 working days) subject to product availability and credit clearance. We will notify you by email if there are any problems, or in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable. Please see our FAQs page for a breakdown of our current delivery charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to reasons of hygiene, we do not accept any returns. Please contact us if your product is faulty and we’ll do our best to come to a mutually acceptable arrangement.
