How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order by contacting us by email at enquiries@vicsnics.co.uk

All items listed on our website are in stock. We do not drop ship from third parties. In the rare event your order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the contact details you provided when placing your order. You will be offered a full refund or an exchange to the same value.

When will my order by sent?

Items ordered before midday will be sent that day. Orders placed after midday will be sent the following day. All items are sent 48 hour tracked via Royal Mail.

What products can I return?

Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept any returns. All products listed on our website are new, unworn and have manufacturer labels to prove authenticity.

What if my item is faulty?

We quality check every item before dispatch. Should we find an issue, we’ll contact you offering a full refund or suggest an alternative.

Will my item be gift wrapped?

As standard, your purchase will arrive in our simple, pink acid free tissue, inside the outer packaging. We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

When will my order be delivered?

All UK orders placed Monday to Friday will be arrive in approximately 1-3 working days. We use Royal Mail and all orders are sent tracked 48hr first class. Deliveries to Highlands and Islands will arrive within 5 days. Delivery to North America can be up to 10 days.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Whenever you put anything in your VicsNics basket you will see the delivery charges.
To the UK:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked.
We charge £2.95 for most of our items that can be posted in ‘large letter’ format.
For larger items like shapewear and multipacks, we send them in ‘small parcel’ format and charge £3.95.

To Europe:
We charge £10.35 for large letters and £15.95 for small parcels.
To the Europe, US and Canada:
We charge £12.65 for large letters and £15.95 for small parcels.

Do you send orders outside the UK?

We currently only send orders to the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. This may change in the future, but for now these are our only sales destinations.

I can’t find my size online

All sizes and colours of items listed on our site are in stock. Therefore if your size is not listed, it means we aren’t carrying that size in stock. Please email us to see if we’ll be ordering your size in the near future.

I can’t see you on Social Media

We made a strategic decision not to advertise on social media. It gives us more time to focus on doing our core job really well – namely sourcing the the very best range of knickers we can. We hope you understand. Should you wish to engage with us, please drop us an email and we’ll do our best to respond the same day, always in a friendly and professional manner.

Do you send mailshots?

No. One of our pet hates is buying something online and then getting endlessly pestered with emails trying to get you to buy more and more. If you need more knickers, you’ll know where to find us, so we won’t clog up your inbox with junk you don’t need or want.
